Hello!
For unknown reasons, we had a little system crash over here.
Now everything looks like it works, but there might be some bugs still..

Some of you are probably still remember these guys playing Live on Rigas Kinostudija years ago (BTW, next year Mr. Velcro Fastener is celebrating 10 years!). That was a huge inspiration for a lot of individuals. Lets see what they will show this time. Heh, and you know, we are the fonds of golden phrases, check this one by Velcro: “The content in the music is not to show what is right or wrong, but to emphasize that things have many sides”.

Its been a while, since we updated the music section. So here we go:
Kollektiv Turmstrasse is a duo (Christian Hilscher and Nico Plagemann) from Hamburg.
They compose music of exceptional quality. And we are especially happy and proud for the chance to see them playing live in Space:Garage on November 2nd. The band from Moscow - Skazhi 10, consists of Andrei Antonets, Pavel Kamakin, Peter Ivantsov and Ilya Shapovalov. Their diverse repertoire ranges from human beatbox techno to guitar ballads.

Dj Yuka is not your sweet girl. We know nothing about her shady biznizz in Russia, but there probably is some.. as Latvian embassy was afraid of her so much, it took some time and phone calls and faxes to get Yuka in the country. Expect some serious treatment!

All the GusGus band with a lot of friends were dancing and freaking with us in Space:Garage after their gig in Sapnu Fabrika. There are no words and pictures to describe all the importance of this event to us. We always felt there is some sort of spiritual connection between us. Well, it looks like now they feel it too.
Thank you, GusGus! Thank you everybody! Amen.

Well, the weather is probably the worst for last 25 years.
We almost solved the heating problem: there will be the gas “mushroom”.

Quite a lot of news this time. Our good friend and the regular dancer in Space:Garage, Iveta Pole now got the Lielais Kristaps and she is The Best Female Actress in Latvia. Lielais Kristaps is a National Cinema award, where Pole was nominated for the Leading Role in Juris Poshkus movie Monotonia. Our warmest congratulations! We always knew you are the best!

Our resident Dj Andrei OID is playing a set together with Anton Kubikov of SCSI9 on Radiotochka.ru today (starting 22.00, Riga time). And if you scroll a bit down there or look in archives, you can find some sets by DJ Yuka. This girl gonna play in Space:Garage, on October 19, along with Dasha Rush and Baravika (more info soon!). So check it out!
This week Space:Garage will be open Friday and Saturday, Full line-up is coming later today.
And a bit of mistery: believe it or not, ZeDmitry is warm up Dj on forthcomig GusGus gig in Riga, Sapnu Fabrika this Saturday, October 13. Well, we cant say anything for sure now, but.. Well, we advice you to check Space:Garage on Saturday night, we might have some surprises.
