Bunch of news and thoughts.

We’ll start with the sad.. As you may notice, besides S:G, 2 more very important things dissapeared from Riga’s scene: 33/45 record store and Kuš magazine. The reasons, of coarse, are clearly economical - the income was not enough to survive and keep the thing going. But, also, perhaps, we didnt estimate them enough, while they were alive. Anyway, these were very brave attempts and lets salute those people and wish them all the best and good luck in the future!

Now to good stuff.
One of key figures in all FFF movement - Linards Kulless is invitig you to his personal exhibition. Artist, who’s astrological sign, according to maya calendar is White Magnetic Wizard, is well known for his new media experiments, Vj’ing and crazy dancing. But this time its more classical disciplines - painting, interior design. The opening of the exhibition - Thursday, October 16. at 17:30 in newly opened MO bar on Elizabetes iela 7. The interior of the bar is a part of the exhibition and is made in cooperation with Keta Tsareva. Just look at this:

On the next day, Friday, October 17, one more key figure on the scene - In-ex.lv is celebrating its birtday in Dirty Deal cafe. For a long time, internet zine Ind-ex is one of the few media on latvian internet, who continuously reflects many sides of life, not only culture and music. Now its a big community and their birthday should be something massive.
