We are proud to anounce, that FFF is taking part in bringing Showroom 6 to you.
One of the biggest international modern art exhibitions you could see in Riga lately.
You probably already noticed these poster around..
Showroom is an independent, virtual art project, founded by Egija Inzule and Tobias Kaspar.
Basically, Showroom is gathering different artists for site-specific installations in different cities around Europe.
Riga will host Showroom’s 6th (codenamed “Matilde”) installement.
All the action is taking place on Andrejsala. Few months ago selected artists were sent all the materials about Andrejsala, with photos etc. Then they choosed the right spots, made their sketches, and this week construction works began on Andrejsala.
Hopefully we will photoblog about this. And then, on Friday, August 17, it all starts..
Also, Rob and Nienke from Fucking Good Art are here for a while now, they gonna set-up internet radio
and collect material for the new Fucking God Art Riga Issue.
And its all is a part of Rigas Svetki.
