Well, what do we know about Stewart Walker?
Apart from the fact, that he is a legendary figure in techno music and was releasing tracks since beginning of the 90’s on all the major techno labels, like Tresor, Force Inc., M-nus, Mille Plateaux and others… Apart from the fact, that his sound in many ways influenced the sound of what we now know as “Minimal techno”. Apart from the fact, that he is running his own Persona Records label now and living in Berlin, in order to participate in this vibrant European scene.
We also know that Stewart is kind of explorer of the energies, that one can find in the night clubs nowadays. Since he is only performing live and claim to bring the humanity back to music (thats why Persona records, see?), he pays a lot of attention to the atmosphere and the audience and try to filter these emotions in his music.
He often criticize the modern club scene and dreams about perfect club and perfect crowd.
Well, we are happy to provide that! Aren’t we?
